Tactika

You deserve support.

Work can wait when your safety or wellbeing needs attention. A trained person can listen and help you find support. You can use these resources without signing in or paying.

Support from a real person

If you or someone else is in immediate danger, or there has been a serious injury or overdose, call your local emergency number or go to the nearest emergency department now. Don’t wait for a chat reply.

Find a helpline in another country

You don’t need to be certain it’s a crisis to ask for support. Availability, languages and privacy practices vary by service. This country choice is not saved.

If speaking aloud is difficult or unsafe, look for text or online support. If possible, contact someone you trust who can be with you. Tactika cannot monitor your safety, contact anyone for you, or provide emergency care. These links open external services.

When things are difficult but not urgent

Stress, grief and uncertainty don’t have to become a productivity project. You might talk with someone you trust, a qualified mental-health professional, a primary-care service or a community support organisation. A helpline can also help you explore what is available.

Tactika can help you think through work concerns, prepare conversations and choose manageable next steps. It provides AI career coaching, not therapy or a clinical assessment. Automated checks can miss distress; you never need the coach’s permission to seek help.

If you’re under 18, consider a trusted adult or a youth support service. Choose someone who feels safe to approach.
